Richard Liu / President

Richard Liu has a strong background in business, politics and the arts. He is acknowledged by Chinese officials and business leaders as an eminent business and policy advisor. Richard works with multi-national companies and governments to resolve business and political issues with the Chinese government and organizations. He is successful in helping companies make the right contacts and develop the right image for the Chinese market.

Richard founded Panda North American Ventures Ltd. in 1980. He is linked to a global network of professional business consultants who provide strategic counsel to Panda North American Ventures. Richard has also operated a successful travel consulting business between 1987 and 1997. In addition to Panda North American Ventures, Richard is the President of the Deng Xiao Ping Foundation (dedicated to children's education in rural China) and the Fuhua Foundation (committed to meeting the needs and wishes of terminally-ill children).

Richard received formal education in Literature from the University of Madrid, University of Rome, University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He has taught and lectured throughout China, Europe and Canada on Spanish and Chinese Literature and language.
